Nope. Except that Heather is kind've starting to wonder if the way she feels about Kon is how she'd feel about a brother, because she doesn't have any real siblings to know how it'd actually feel, and thinking about how maybe if she'd never been gooed she might've gone on a date with Kon someday grosses her out now like she imagines it would feel like for someone thinking about dating a sibling.

Though "Kon, the thought of kissing you almost makes me throw up in my mouth a little" probably isn't the best compliment he'd ever get in his life.

If Truth or Dare posts weren't AU this actually would've been brewing in her head since way back in December, when Kabuto told her he was surprised that Kon wasn't her choice when a truth question was who she'd like to date if Kabuto weren't in the picture. Back then her reaction was just "that would be weird" rather than "Kon doesn't go there!" like it would be now, but if it hadn't been AU she would've thought about why it would be weird back then. Instead she never thought about it until lately, when something I can't remember anymore put it in her head and made her go ugh.

No, it had already started before that, but that definitely rubbed it in. She only managed to hold off going "Ew ew naked Kon ew" to his face and went to stare at Kabuto instead because she didn't want to hurt his sensitive male pride.
