About an hour ago, some of you lost power after a broadcast by Mr. Stark showing a test gone awry. On behalf of City Solutions and Mr. Stark, I'd like to formally apologize for the inconvenience and assure you that the situation is being handled by the best in the company. Unfortunately, it's come to our attention that the City's electric grid is wired a bit, well, curiously. You may have noticed that while you lost power, your neighbor in the next apartment has not. We're following lines as best we can, and we estimate the problem remedied within the night.
If any of the facilities important to sustaining life or protection, such as the fire department or the hospital are experiencing power failure, please let us know. We have backup generators we can transport out to you to provide support.
