static before fall

Nov 20, 2005 21:14

transition of a girl
into a nightmare,
or the gravitation
pulling her away...
from her escape.
and the rust of her reality
taints the voice of
ingenuity
calmly prying open
doors
locked
by hypocrites.

and the world she knows
is just as bad
as what she's turning into.
spinning through an orbit
tragic yet grandeur.
stepping lightly round
celestial bodies
her own flawed deeply
soul sunk backwards
catch her -
suck the poison
from her dreams
and inbetween
somehow set her free
from this life of dead ends,
lonely best friends...
angels humming
on come trumpets
lead her to the
staircase
lift her up and see that she leaves
for a place where
maybe, one day
in an instant
with the friction
of the air you breathe in - mourning
loss, goodbye pure darling
we will
somehow
find our way back home, again.

and this circles round my head
until the dawn breaks the mistake
of darkness, crawling through the hallways
telling secrets by the
open window
waiting for
some way
to pass the time
in hopes that all the truths
related to you
now
in honor of a heart torn open
by the wrath of god,
our savior
holy ghosts
and none other
than the empty void of nothing
we live on for
foolishly.
