Ten things you love about fall/autumn.
1. The leaves changing colours.
2. The way the fallen leaves crunch under my feet when I go for a walk
3. The rain. I absolutely love the rain, especially when it almost empties the streets.
4. Going for walks in the rain. There’s just something about the smell of it, and the whole atmosphere there is when it’s pouring. The sound, too. I love it all.
5. Getting to wear jackets and scarves and gloves again.
6. That it makes much more sense to curl up in a chair with a good book and a cup of hot tea now than it did in the middle of the summer.
7. Fall is when most TV shows start showing new episodes. I don’t watch all that much, but it’s fun to see what’s new, and what might spike an interest.
8. The rain and dreariness gives a good reason to stay home.
9. Getting to use my snuggie. Yes, I have a snuggie, and no, it’s not just a backwards robe.
10. Winter’s just around the corner.
