So. Claire Stanfield is the Rail Tracer. He's a self made urban legend, about a monster that works it's way from the last car in a train to the engine room, killing everyone who's been bad. According to the story he tells, the only way to survive it, if you've been a bad person is to stay alive until dawn. And that telling this story summons the Rail Tracer.
Would anyone be interested in an event like that? Cabin to cabin sort of thing. Not involving anyone innocent or who didn't want to be involved. (also leaving enough chaos for all sorts of other characters to get in on hunting or causing more mayhem in true Baccano! Style if you want). Yes. Your character will get killed. (but we have moogles) I can customize detail level to your comfort level. Off screen or on screen.
Basically, we're talking some dark humor and dark threads in your CFUD.

ALTERNATELY, even if no, may Claire get a feel for what kind of person your character is, and what is it that he'd pick up!

Since there seems to be a lot of confusion. People who register as good people, will never EVER have a risk of being killed by him, in some cases, even if they attack.
