Questions about animating GIFs and using microphones
Dear nerdy friends of the LJ universe and beyond!
I need pointers regarding 2 things: #1 Animating Gifs and #2 Microphones.
1) I am looking for a program to animate GIFs. I can't find any satisfaction on Tucows nor on Download.com - a freeware would be best, but if you have a suggestion of any other kind, it will be appreciated.
2) After over 5 years experience in electronic music, I have now accepted the fact that I know nothing of microphones and that it was time to swallow my pride and do some learning. I did some research on the interwebnet but I found enough conflicting statements to call it quits on Google. Does anyone know a website with accurate information. Im looking for information that is mainly about microphones that do field recording. And NOT "in plain, retardo english", made for entry level rap artists or rockers trying to get the maximum out of their "full vocal potential".
