[ so the previous day you likely noticed that Jade was a happy, cheerful drone! fortunately, today she is back to her normal self, up bright and early and just a little confused, all things considered. but for now, she's settled herself down at the breakfast table, humming and working at a bowl of cereal ( Read more... )

[...Ah.]

What you do with the knowledge you have of future events is yours to decide. But let me guess, by which I mean I know as certain: you went Godtier?

That's right!

How did you know? Or did you just always know?

Being omniscient does give me the right to say "I know everything" and always will know everything. Congratulations on performing The Scratch and escaping.

Um, thank you! You're pretty good at keeping secrets, I don't know if I'm going to be able to.

The secret to keeping secrets is measuring how important it is to bite your tongue on an issue. Do you want to keep people waiting patiently, until they catch up the alpha timeline? Or would you rather spoil the outcome, potentially ruining the fun of it all? The latter does not matter so much, as no one remembers Mayfield upon leaving, but it is something to consider nonetheless.

Also, fair warning: your eyes are likely to sting for a while after you regain the powers of Earth's First Guardian. Teleporting through that green flare can be an eyesore to those who have the eyes to see it.

Hmm, that's true... I don't think I want to spoil anything.

I think I know what you mean. I just got my ears back though, I'm not even sure if I'll ever get my spacey powers!

Then so be it.

Yes, I doubt the town will you let you fly into space and turn the planet into a juggling ball to revolve around you. The limit to which your power will return will be seen later.

Tell me your opinion: how do you view the events that occur. It was a long journey to the point that you are at now I'm sure. Death by shaving cream isn't exactly the best way to go.

It's a weird way to die! And the dying itself was sort of... scary. To be honest, the god tier part was a little scary too at first.

I hear death can be a frightening thing, but I do not know from experience just yet. Mine will soon enough, approximately at the same time you escape through the 4th wall.

Having the power of God can be very frightening at first, but you will become accustomed to your role as the Witch of Space soon enough. Your role is a significant one, as the keeper of the First Guardian that now lives within you through prototyping. Leading your companions to the the Great Wizard, using the yellow-plated ship you pilot.

However, you won't be able to go home just by clicking your red shoes together.

Do I have all these powers because of Bec?

Hehe, I didn't think I would be, besides, I don't even have them back yet.

Yes. Your dream-self had them and you inherited them from her. Truly he was a good dog and a best friend.

When you get them back, just remember that then. It will save you the disappointment.

The best dog ever! Even when he was Noir he... well, you already know that.

I don't know, I might be a little tempted to try now.

The ultimate sacrifice the dog made ended up securing your safety against the Sovereign Slayer. Even when gone, he remains loyal. Charming really.

Well, if you want to. Just don't be upset when a Scarecrow, a Tinman and a Lion don't coming running from nowhere asking to travel with you. Or maybe they will? I don't know.

I really miss him, I hope he shows up here one day.

I thought you knew everything. So are you just being silly right now?

It would be interesting if he did. [He never did meet Earth's First Guardian after all.]

You could say I am. Is it wrong to be silly sometimes? Haa Haa, Hee Hee, Hoo Hoo.
