[Cirno, for those of you unacquainted with ice fairy biology, radiates cold air constantly. She lowers the air temperature around her just by standing there.
And one Keiichi Maebara has figured out how to use this to his advantage in the late summer heat.
Cirno and Keiichi can be found in various places around town, the fairy riding around on the human's shoulders. They look like they're having a good time! Keiichi gets to stay cool and Cirno gets to be tall, so it works out for the best for both of them.
