A great time was had last night! We had a few friends over for snacks and the Super Bowl. Everyone seems to have had a good time. It was nice to have people over. It was even nicer that I didn't have to scramble around to clean up!!
I'm greatly enjoying getting a little bit of housework done every day. The work isn't so overwhelming now, including the laundry! But, I'll be honest. It's the daily e-mails I get telling me and reminding me what to do that makes it all possible; at least for now anyway. I realize that all of these things we become more habit all the time.
It's time we start getting Rose into a big girl bed. I'd really like to get a set of bunk beds. It just seems like the best option at this point. I found a set on craigslist that are separate beds. They would be perfect, except I think they're asking WAY TOO much for them.
Rose has gotten into a bad habit of trying to get us to come back in her room at the beginnings of naps or bedtimes. She'll just yell for awhile. Going back in there just reinforces the behavior, but it's not fun to have to wait out the yelling. Bleh...
