(no subject)
Well, my vacation is pretty much sucking so far.
Since I arrived last week I've done six loads of laundry, cleaned the house twice, driven myfather to and from an eyelid surgery, and cleaned the clotted blood from the suture wounds, finished decorating the house, wrapped and mailed all the presents to family, massaged my moms feet, and made dinner pretty much every night.
The dinners I don't mind, but my dad pissed me off last night when he poured soy sauce all over a teriyaki chicken and lomein I had worked hard on, before he even tasted it.
Atleast my parents are being civil thus far. To top off my wonderful week though, I was sent jury duty for January 3rd for desoto county. Like I don't have enough to do.
On the lighter side, I actually had a nice bath today, when my dad was at a band job, and mom was at a christmas party. I read last years' christmas present from Steph (LXG II). I also finally started to unpack my stuff after being at home for a week. I just haven't had the time to do it, and I'm tired of not having room to walk in my own room.
Oh Lord!! Well, I think things will get better. I got my grades, and I'm pretty happy. I got a C in Biochemistry, which is perfectly fine with me, and an A in my honors quantitative bio.
Tomorrow I'm going shopping with mom, which should be nice, and hopefully I can make time within the next week to go see Flight of the Phoenix, with my all time favorite redhead!!!
