To anyone hurting:
I may not know why you're going through what you are, but no matter what's troubling you, I'm sorry. I'm sorry for what they said or what they did or how it's not working out like you wanted, and I wish I could do something for all of you, but I don't even know you all.
People on my f-list are people I'm aware of, but not necessarily connected to. I see your troubles, I see your pains, but I don't know what to say. If ever you've posted an entry to your journal that speaks of sorrow and pain, I'm sorry.
But I know you can get through it. Take a breath. Close your eyes, and relax. Think about something that makes you happy, unconditionally. Maybe it's your cat, maybe it's the dark just before dawn, maybe it's the changing of the seasons and maybe it's someone you know. Whatever you makes you happy, focus on it.
And then talk to someone.
Don't bottle it up. That might work for some people, to some extent, but vent to someone. Vent to me, if you want to - I can't promise I'm a fountain of amazing advice, but I'll give you an ear and I won't judge.
You're stronger than you know. That might sound cliched as hell, but you can do this. You'll get through it.
