computer help needed...

the computer at work is telling me that it has no more virtual memory left.
i am at the daycare w/ NOTHING to do...the computer can NOT die on me.
please can someone tell me how to fix this thing??
disclaimer: i am NOT a computer person so please make it easy!?!?
