1x1 sounds kinda tough, especially if more than 1 sim lives in it! Nice house, by the way. :)

I'm impressed with the all lots will be 1x1 rule you put on yourself. I wish you luck with that. While I'm sticking to smaller lots, I wouldn't be able to do that! I'm interested in seeing what becomes of James. Good luck with the challenge!
