For myself - yes, I do. I am an inherently selfish person. I want to know that my spouse (or partner, or whomever) is solely and completely MINE. I want to know that no one else gets the privilege and joy of being with him, because he's MINE. It probably helps that when I decide who I want, I don't generally want anyone else. Therefore, I see little need to seek an additional relationship with another person, because for the time my partner is meeting all (or at least enough) of my needs. If that changes, I will seek to fix the problem, and if it can't be fixed I will leave that relationship and find another that meets my needs better.
That being said, I have absolutely no problem with people who choose to not be monogamous, as long as all parties involved are aware of the lack of monogamy. Full disclosure is a must, IMO. If everyone involved is happy, then more power to them :o)
