Dear Yuletide Author!
Hi there! First of all, thank you for being here and thank you in advance for writing a story for one of my chosen fandoms. I do hope you look at and explore all of them and hopefully the below info makes writing easier!
Let’s start with my general likes:
fluff, banter, friends to lovers, miscommunication, long distance communication (emails, texts, Snapchat, twitter, etc…), pining, hurt/comfort, accidental confessions, puppy or kitten adoptions, kid!fic (characters as kids or them having kids), “what if” AUs
in all the fandoms I’ve chosen, the friendships are what I adore about them. the highs, the lows, the complications, the unexpected.
Dislikes: major ones are already mentioned in my sign-up (DNW: MCD, cheating, gore, blood, suicide/self-harm, focus on sexual content), but other things that I’m not particularly fond of: Daddy kink, bullying, outing, harassment, humiliation, second-hand embarrassment, non-con, homophobia (incl internalized unless warned for), biphobia
I’m not opposed to mature/explicit content as long as it’s not the focus of the story. I like my porn plotty ;) Also, kept to the pairings I mention for the fandoms below, if you do choose to go the mature direction.
Now, on to fandoms:
Teen Wolf (RPF)
I’ve listed all the 4 nominated characters: Tyler Hoechlin, Dylan O’Brien, Ian Bohen, and JR Bourne. With that said, my AO3 account is a pretty good giveaway of which combos are my preferred pairings (Tyler/Dylan, JR/Ian). I’m not all too fussy about the fic being focused on either of those though. I love their friendship, love the way they interact on and off camera (what we’ve seen anyway),, love the fact that there’s a group chat where they’re apparently frequently teasing each other.
There are so many possibilities I’d love to see for these four: Ian and JR are bikers and it’d be fun to see them roping Tyler and Dylan into one of their charity rides (they already got Tyler biking in the past). For a shippy idea: the two pairs going on a double date and the shenanigans that ensue. All of them coming together on a project in the future, or filming in the same area and having a mini reunion. Bring in any of their other former TW castmates if you like, or write about the group chat fun that happened when the first photos of Tyler in his Superman suit came out. There’s a lot of potential for fun with these guys.

Welcome to PHU (Web Serial)
I wanted to choose characters for this one, but I genuinely love all the ones who were nominated and choosing was impossible.
Where canon can be found and what is it? Welcome to PHU is an online written serial taking place at the fictional Pine Hills University, in a world where magic has become public knowledge and along with it the existence of shapeshifters, mages, and Talent of all different kinds. The nominated characters are from the first books of two of the currently ongoing trilogies (Twinned and Marked).
Commit to the Kick, book one of the Twinned trilogy, focuses on Alaric - a shapeshifter who is starting university, away from Clan (home) for the first time, eager to explore and to get away from the community he isn’t very comfortable in. Obviously, nothing is as easy as he’d like it to be and he’s faced with a personal tragedy, anger issues, and unexpected trouble from multiple directions.
Not Your Love Story, book one of the Marked trilogy starts with Angel and Hayley - two people who were convinced they were soulmates, but a marking ceremony didn’t bring the soulmarks they were expecting. They are, however, expected at Angel’s home for the holidays, where they’re faced with multiple surprises - a soulmate reveal, a Mage who needs help controlling their powers, secrets from the past that help Angel come to terms with his future.
There are pieces of this series that are still unraveling, so while canon is a good jumping off point, I’m in no way attached to things happening precisely as they do in text. “What if” is a huge thing for any of the characters, as are side stories that happened off screen. Friendships, entanglements, bringing in non-nominated characters into the mix… honestly, if you choose to write for this world, go wild! And if you don’t, I still recommend you check it out for your own entertainment :D
Westlife (RPF, band)
So, this was one of my very very early fandoms years ago. Five (now four) guys from Ireland who auditioned to be in a band, who love singing and performing, who traveled the world and broke records and somehow managed to maintain a mostly clean-cut lives. To this day, they remain as down-to-earth as they were in the early days, close to each other and close to their families.
It’s been a long time since I’ve read fanfiction about them, and what I did read in the past was… well, we were all young once, right? (none of the ones I wrote made it anywhere public)
What I love: their friendships. Three of them knew each other since they were teens and Nicky (the only one not from the same small town) has become just as close to the others over the years they were in the band. Amusingly enough, I nominated the band before their recent announcement of a 20 year reunion, so now there’s a whole new layer of fun.
Where to find them? Their social media and a general search for the band.
What I’d like to see? How their friendships were built, from the early days and throughout their careers, how they maintained them after the band split. How it was to get back together as a band and make plans for a new album and a new tour. While I do have ships (yay ghosts from the past), I’d rather keep it at their “canon” relationships being in the story.
Queer Eye (RPF/TV)
There was no way I was going to choose four out of the Fab Five. Nope. I love all of them for all different reasons.
Where to find the Fab Five? The show is on Netflix in most countries, I believe. They can also be found on various social media for off-camera shenanigans.
The show has stolen my heart and I’ve admittedly binge-watched it more than once. It’s fun, it’s light-hearted, it’s sweet, but they’re not afraid of heavier topics. I’d love to see anything that involves off-screen interaction, their friendships, group dates with their significant others. I also love QE fics - the five giving a makeover to someone (feel free to choose a person or character from any of my other requests who seems to be in the need of one ;)) Or throw them into an alternate universe and see what happens.
I don’t have any ships in this fandom, and I genuinely adore each of them equally (well, almost. Antoni’s edging ahead just a tiny little bit). if you want to focus on only one of them, go for it.
