I just want to say how in love I am with this morning. 52 degrees at 6 a.m., so I could wear shorts and a t-shirt on my last run of training. Deep blue sky, moon shining through clouds, the smell of fallen leaves in the air. And the promise of a home-made scone with my coffee.

I am in love with this morning.
