HELP NEEDED ASAP!! THANKS

I have a friend who needs some help. Here is her post:
Some of you already know, but I signed a 12 month lease with my boyfriend in October and he suddenly left me. There is no way at all to get out of the lease and unfortunately, I don't really have any way to pay the rent. The rent is $450 a month, and the apartment is fully furnished. It is located off of Broad St. in Fairborn and it is a 1 bedroom apartment. It has washer/dryer, couch, end tables, coffee tables, lamps, ceiling fans, carpeting, a/c wall unit, 2 dresser, queen size bed, microwave, chair, kitchen table and four chairs. I can provide more information on request. If you know anyone at all who might be interested in taking over the lease for the next 10 months, please let know. My number is 937-657-2857.
