life (long version)
soo much has happened in the last month. I went to my first APO conference (Region 6 at Western) as an alumni and staff. It was cool and more relaxing than past conferences due to the fact that i didn't have to run around and go to different sessions, although I should have. I spent time with some friends that I rarely get to see due to distance. I got to see my little, who has since turned 21. The Tuesday after that I had my first real interview, which lead to a phone call later that day and interviews 2 and 3 the next day. So I got that job, which was with Rockland International. The people I worked with were cool for the most part and yes i did say worked as in past tense. I trained for a week and than was out on my own for another. I did door to door sales for SBC phone service to small businesses, well at least that is the easy way to explain what I did. It was commissioned based and I earned a total of $54 in over 100 hours that I put in between training and going out on my own. I drove up to West Branch for a business trip for my first week on my own with a group, but it sucked and didn't turn out so I resigned. I was pretty upset and went to therapy on Friday and was able to move on later that day. I have 2 jobs. Lifeguarding for 4 hours a week the next 2 weeks and than i'm off for a month. I'm also, hopefully just temporarily, babysitting for the family I have worked with the last four years. It will give me money to help pay my bills, at least for now. The weekend after conference I went up to visit Scott and that was cool. Segar session was intimate (LOL) in the fact that there were a small crew, all who I feel close to. I have realized how much I love APO more and more I visit with brothers. I feel like so much more has happened, but I can't think. I am trying to save money so I can go to FL with Scott and his sisters, and other random family members, lol. If I get to go I get to see Jen, Craig, and of course my Jodikins, but getting the money together in the next month is going to be difficult. I need something new in my life and am looking for something to change it up, any suggestions let me know. Maybe I should just run off to Spain, that deffinately would change it up right? I want to read comments about what you, my close friends, think would be cool. I have a few things up my sleves that I want to check into, but I like ideas. Talk to you all soon. All of my love!!!
