Froggy Signing Off for Vacation #3
I've been very, very lucky and taking vacations all over the place. I also know this won't last so I am not going to feel sorry for having a good time.
I'm off to the beaches of the North, in Pangasinan, a little ways from the mountain city of Baguio. It also has a fine stretch of beach with hoo-ha waves during December. Hopefully, if the waves are still there, body-boarding wouldn't be a problem.
I'm going to say bye-bye now 'til Friday, hopefully with pictures of the beach and me skimboarding. I am also looking forward to reading some books that have been sitting there for the better part of a year. Which includes my Nebula Award Winners and their novellas, The Hours, and some serious erotica (yes, there is such a thing!). I'm in the middle of re-reading Byatt's Possession.
I'm a bit anxious about moving Starbuck around and though Kat's help would gladly baby-sit her for me, I don't know if travel to the other house is the right decision for her, seeing as she's so damned fat with child.
How is a pet cared for when the missus is out for a vacation. Any ideas?
