I want turnip earings...
I just watched "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix", this is my impression:
The best thing about the movie, hands down, is Luna Lovegood. The characterization is so dead on, looks and everything, can't imagine a better Luna. And I can't wait to see more of Tonks, she seemed in character.
The movie is good, though they missed some things like the prefects, Marietta, and Cho's jealousy of Hermionie, the movie worked well. The battle of Harry, Ron, Hermionie, Luna, Neville and Ginny vs. the Deatheaters [sp?] was exactly as I imagined it, though maybe a bit more dramatic or life-threatening. Voldemort vs. Dumbledor was a bit off, I did not like it that much. Bellatrix was insane, I like her. I wanted to see a clearer and better flashback from Snape [there was no Lily].
The movie was better than what I expected. The 5th book is my favorite and the movie portrayed one of my favorite scenes and characters form the book rather accurately. Do recommend it if you haven't seen it yet [at least it is better than the 4th movie]
