A day spent in college searching... Erhck. What can I say?
... One of the places I was looking at offered a degree in "Mortuary Sciences". I dunno about you, but its always been a dream of mine to minor in undertaking. Dead people. Mm-mm.
... Does anybody know anything about St. Olafs? They have some really sweet looking biology courses, and with a name like that, hey, it calls to my viking blood
... I think I want to minor in archeology. I guess that would be a anthropology subsection, eh? History - but, go out and discover it see it REAL history. That would be cool. But I also want to double-major in neurosciences. Can you double major AND minor? Probably not advisable. Actually, heck, I don't want to double-major in neurosciences, but I think I should. It would probably be really beneficial... maybe I could get away with only a few classes in it instead. Can you double minor? Hey - this college teaches Swahili (I have mad multitasking skills - I have about 10 internet windows open, I'm making sure my brother isn't drowning in the pool, AND I'm cooking dinner at the same time. Defrosting, actually. But it still requires at least 15% of my attention. I've had some bad experiences with microwaves before ... ehehe... um, for the record, microwaving frozen mice is a no-no. Majorly)
... grrr, I'm all rambley and my chicken timer is going off. And the house is still in one piece! Yes! I congradulate myself on this wonderful success. And now that dinner is taken care of, I can go watch car-crash victims on my new favorite TV channel - Discovery Health! Woot! - oh, USA vs. Italy was this morning! (does anyone out there care...?) Great game, US put up a good fight considering they only had nine players. Ref = grrr i keel you. 3 red flags?! What the heck?! It was exciting. I said a couple words I probably shouldn't have infront of my brother and his impressionable young friend. I swore like a viking! And I've just found an on-line set of courses for learning Old Norse. I shall soon be swearing like a REAL viking! Okay, okay. I'm going now. I think I'm getting too weirdy.
I'm in a SHELLEY MOOD
