I just received an e-mail earlier today asking for an interview for a career position with the Smithsonian Institute. that and the call from the DLA are highlights of my day. Hell, just the possibility of working for Smithsonian makes me giddy. Of course, I plan on investigating the position when I call them back tomorrow. Wow, it turned out this wasn't such a bad day after all.
