Recovery
Surgery was successful - only needed to fuse 2 instead of 3. Waking up in the recovery room was amazing -- so much less pain already. Hospital stay was easy. Came home yesterday and settled in pretty well. Today was difficult, but that's to be expected -- and it's just post-op pain and congestion. I'm still amazed at how much better I feel. I even did some crocheting today without the horrible cramping/fatigue/pain I'd been experiencing regularly -- only 2 days after major neck surgery! Thanks to everyone for all the good thoughts and wishes.
