hmm..God has a crazy sense of humor. Control is something I should never allow myself to think that I am in! Pretty much, my realization lately is that the more I let go, the more He takes control...so look out!
In other news, I miss you all...I realized just how much when I was invited to join a Camas Meadows facebook group....crazy, eh? mmm....how God has blessed my life through everyone ever involved with that place....
This was quite the week....on Monday evening, I travelled with the Men's Glee Club to L.A.....yes, California, to sing for the Ronald Reagan "Freedom Award" which was a lot of fun....but one thing interesting appart from that was that I was able to meet up on very short notice with a girl which i didn't even know! yes, there is an explanation...my good friend from college is very good friends with this girl, who goes to school near L.A., and he suggested (adamantly) a while back that we should meet....fun, nothing special, walked around the hotel, then sat at Denny's for a while, while proceeding to call and confuse the heck out of my college buddy...absolutely hysterical. In other news...a fun night, left me smiling.
School is....difficult. Chemistry sucks my time and life out of me, and it's an exhausting experience, let me tell you...the goal just seems so far....oy. ah well...time...it marches on.
Also...it occurs to me that there are a significant number of my friends getting married. RIDICULOUS. makes me feel old....but if you are or know of anyone I know who is getting hitched this summer, could you let me know so I can start trying to set up leave at that time?
