There is a problem with breadcrumbs. Whenever you start to leave them, they can be blown by the wind, eaten by a crow, or brushed by a passer-by. And it's tough to leave breadcrumbs that take you so far from home you don't remember what home looks like, or even is. Well, week one of my confusion is over, and week two is just beginning. I'm going on a cruise, to swim in perplexity.
I guess that everything that has happened lately has mounted my strange state. I honestly have no clue what to think anymore. As I'm lost, everyone else seems to be found. It's ironic.
Well, I plan on making some phone calls before I leave. Certain people need to know certain things. And it's not going to be a bad, horrible thing, I hope it'll be good. But, Life tends to throw curve-balls. Making plans is a way to make God laugh, or conversely, God is laughing because you are planning. That is one lesson I have learned these weeks.
Well, this is my breadcrumb to you. You know who you are, and if you find yourself wondering, then its not you. I told you before you left there would be breadcrumbs, and I also apologize for not doing a better job about it. Hopefully I can leave something in your mail-box as well. Then you will really know who you are.
Wow, it is amazing how convoluted my writing has become. Rather sadistic and scary, isn't it?
On to the message: You know the message. It was left in your bag, in your ear from my voice, on your toilet paper for God's sake. You know the message. Hopefully it will not be in vain, but that is for you to decide, not me.
In other news, I received my letterman today from the shop. I dropped more patches on it. It looks good, although green isn't the main color anymore. Too many patches, even more events left without a patch. I enjoy it. One look at my arms and back sums up my entire high-school career, and also says I have entirely too much time.
Time to leave soon.
And I have miles to go before I sleep, and miles to go before I sleep. That's Robert Frost, by the way.
I bid you adieu, and hope that tomorrow, you may find yourself looking at a new horizon, a new scene, or perhaps a new visage. Whatever tomorrow brings, drink deep, and breathe the moment to the fullest.
I'm out like I'm off "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening."
