Isn't there anything we can do about Ms Blackwell? I'm not sure if this falls under the DMLE, exactly, but there must be the equivalent of a Muggle restraining order? Since there are Repelling Charms and all that, I imagine it would be even more effective than a bit of paper. Lee, have you spoken to the Magical Law Enforcement Squad? I don't think ignoring her is going to work.
At any rate, she shouldn't be allowed into the building. Not that baby booties are much of a hassle -- they're certainly preferable to Ms Blackwell herself -- but if she can get in, then anyone could.
Anyway, after work I was thinking of taking the booties down (if they haven't been already) and donating them to a local women's refuge or homeless shelter. I don't know what they'll make of receiving a hundred pairs of pink and blue booties, but it's better than throwing them away. Does anyone want to help?
