So I went back and looked through the archive of my entries to research some character development I plan on doing.

If you would like to know, Amanda got me entered in something called "NaNoWriMo." The goal is to write a novel between the beginning and end of November. So I'm doing a memoir/review meets a fiction work. Switching around from 1st person POV to 3rd person to narrate the stuff that happens inbetween. I say fiction because a majority of the events that I plan on happening didn't happen in real life. It's a novel based on events in Catonsville, set in Catonsville, but the names have all been switched and changed and stuff. It's probably going to begin in January 2005 -- because that's when I really started taking notice of all the crazy shit that goes down in Catonsville. I'm calling the novel "Exit 13." Think of it as "Crash" taking place in Catonsville, over the course of a few years, and it's based on some actual events and will feature lines and sayings you all know and love.

On Tuesday, I nearly died.

Well -- I didn't think so until everyone else said I could have died.

Fallon, Jeff, Martin, Phil, Morgan, Brad Baker and I went down to the place on the trolley trail where we had a lot of bonfires earlier in the year -- except no one told me they shifted everything they had set up. So I go to walk where I normally do to sit down -- but it was dark -- so I stepped off the 9 foot ledge that everything is set up on. So I grab onto a rather large branch and Jeff and Fallon pull me back up. Rather different. Got me jumpy.

Idea for Halloween night. Josh and Danny are going around in thier camo suits for hunting like they have in the Armed Forces. The ones that make you look like piles of leaves. And I'm hiding somewhere else with the camera and nightvision. Should make for some interesting video.

OOH! And I found this old song I first heard like 3 or 4 years ago, and I've had it stuck on loop ever since I found it again. It's "last Goodbye" by Jeff Buckley, and I realize now how much my music sounds like his -- so he got entered as an influence of mine. Because sub-conciously he most definetly was. Too bad he died in 1997. Tribute, Live Albums, and Box Sets aren't nearly as good when it's all stuff from demos and samples, but "Last Goodbye" is a freaking amazing song. Some of you may know it as the last song that was played on 99.1 WHFS before flipping over to Spanish.

Yeah. THAT song.

Good stuff.

I don't want to predict the future, but I think it may be used in the last Colorblind Bomb Squad episode.

Last, you say?

Yes. Last.

Since Phil is shipping out to the Navy, I'm actually writing my ass off for scripts and a big finish. Trynna get Mickey Ronis (friend/director) to come down with his Canon XL-H1 and film some of it.

Tomorrow I'm going to Glen Burnie to a Halloween party, thrown by some of the girls from "Catonsville Nights"

(I only say that because it may be the only way you've ever seen them. And that way I can promote myself.)

Then Saturday there's word of another Halloween party, held by some of those badass motherfuckers from CHS class of 2002. Worrrrd. Should be an old fashion stage crew flashback.

Except now they're all the legal drinking age and I'm the baby.

Whatever. It should be slick. And if not. I'll be around.

I was telling Jeanette last night. "You realize I can't escape this town? Not like I'd want to -- but I'm always jumping from spot to spot in this town. You'll see me."

"Did you say no, this cant happen to me,
And did you rush to the phone to call
Was there a voice unkind in the back of your mind
Saying maybe you didnt know him at all
You didnt know him at all, oh, you didnt know

Well, the bells out in the church tower chime
Burning clues into this heart of mine
Thinking so hard on her soft eyes and the memories
Offer signs that its over... its over"

Dude. You all NEED to go find that song and listen to it.

It is crazy amazing.

Peace. Im out.

Tom. Fro. TOMK.

(I only said Fro, because I felt old school -- and because my hair is getting crazy wild messy again. It's going back and up, like I always say it does, but no one ever believes me.)

My birthday is November 28th. Take note.
