(no subject)
I'm not really much of a beach person.
I'm not a fan of salt water, seaweeds are kind of icky and sand has a tendency to inhabit every crevice of my body.
But today was definitely the exception. You see, today, Sam, Danielle, Keyla, Simeon, Sarah and I went to Scarborough Beach in Narragansett for Sam's 20th birthday.The weather was perfect and the waves were so lovely. I tell you, diving head first into a huge wave is more fun than it sounds. As is burying Simeon in the sand and making him into a pretty mermaid. Hell, even just hanging out in the parking a lot was fun. I don't know. It just makes me realize what awesome friends I have.
It seem that the summer is in a mad dash to get the hell out of here which, of course, sucks, but I certainly can't complain with the time I did have with it. What with Rocky rehearsals, spending quality time with Joe, having Sarah over, and just hanging out with friends, I've been pretty much out and about.
For the next few days, I won't even be home! Tomorrow, I venture to Joe's house and spend sometimes with him. Which, might I add, I love love love doing. :D And when I run out of time pampering him, I go to the train station and head over to Nicole's house.
I have to say, I'm enjoying this.
I was going to write more, but I'm tired and I kind of lost the will to. So, I'm gong to be on AIM for a bit then go lay down and feel the phantom waves splash over me.
