Confession: I have been grumpy and out-of-sorts with the universe all week. Intolerant of chit chat and inconsiderate behaviour and foolishness, and generally: Grrrr! I put it down to a swirling in the cosmos, around the changing seasons. Because, truth to tell, though it's quite cold right now, we have had some lovely days. And the blossom is out

I'm glad you're getting past the grumpies. Most of all, though, I'm so glad you spelled "darnedest" correctly. What's with this "darndest" crap? Would they say "I'll be darnd"? Or "I darnd a sock last night"? I think not. ::grumps::

'Phew!' at spelling of darnedest, which I confess I didn't even think about. I would not like to have been the cause of inadvertent annoyance for you. :) I think grumping at spelling and grammar is righteous grumping. Go to it!

The grumps, they lurk still, unfortunately. Nothing a good night's sleep, a modest fortune, and a whole new me wouldn't put right! Failing all that, I'll settle for the good night's sleep. :)
