Need a place to live?
So because we're moving out, we're also helping Crim find new a new roommate(s). Honestly living with him for the past almost-year has been great. He's a great roommate, very clean, good cook, easy going, and generally a fun guy! Some simple criteria he's looking for in a new roommate(s):
-Must have job. (Kinda obvious there)
-Must be able to pay rent and deposit upon moving in. (Also kinda obvious)
-If you smoke, please do so outside. (There's a balcony walkway)
That's about it, heh. Wasn't kidding when I said easy going.
So now a little about the apartment:
Located in Glen Ellyn, IL right at the intersection of Rt 38 and 355
Total Rent is $900 (Split that 2 or 3 ways, depending on how many people move in)
Rent includes all utilities except electricity and internet.
Electric Bill is through ComEd, usually about $80-$120/mo, split however many ways
Internet is $75/mo, split however many ways.
Deposit due is $450 (Or split that 2 ways if 2 people move in)
2 Bedroom (with closets)
1 Bathroom
Big Kitchen
Big Living Room/Dining Room
Fully Furnished (Might need a new couch and a bed)
There's a bus station right in front of the building.
If two people move in, you must be willing to share a bedroom.
