HIV Awareness Month
I work down the hall from our medical division (on the scene nurses and a doctor in case of immediate injury or something). Every month they change the information table outside the medical division and December is apparently HIV awareness month. You can go get tested for free and they've got all these brochures on HIV and safe sex. Among the brochures is this one:

Okay, this is a federal office building and all of the employees here are adults, most likely sexually active adults.
