Transcendence

As you know I've been reading Eliphas Levi's "Transcendental Magic" for a while now. I've gotten to the second half of the book, the practical part as opposed to the theory part at the beginning. After suffering through the introduction that was this bizarre reverie on the Goat of Mendes I got to Chapter 1.

I read chapter 1 today, and I feel like I totally get it. And amazingly the timing of me reading this now is like the perfect timing of all, because it was nearly exactly a year ago that I had personal revelations and understandings that led me to some conclusions about the power of Witches, Wizards, Magi, what-have-you that I wrote down privately in my own book.

And my conclusions were the same.

Levi got what I understood.

In the book, he's taking it further down the road of actual practice, not just a belief or a theory. And the ideas that he has are so RIGHT that I just don't know why I didn't sit down and think this through before. Also, not just thinking them, but putting them into practice. As in, why am I not doing this NOW!

I know I'm being intentionally cryptic. I apologize for that. I'll go into greater detail later, if I feel like I should. If not, I'll just share it with people as I am moved.
