like the colours when the spring is born
KORRA KORRA KORRA
I LOVED IT SO MUCH. And I loved Korra a lot. She was just so... real, maybe? Idealistic and fun and stubborn and impatient. And she is absolutely gorgeous - I love her character art. /crushes
Things that I loved particuarly, because I think my squee is such that coherent paragraphs are beyond me:
- Tenzin! *Siiiiigh*! The baby nomming his head! His unfailing dedication to the duty of training Korra (and rolling down her sleeves)! His sadface when Korra yelled at him! D'awwwww. HOW ARE YOU AANG'S SON YOU HAVE SO MUCH PATIENCE.
- LIN BEI FONG. Eeeeeee, she is wonderful and I really hope we get to see loads more of her. She is totally awesome and I loved her. And the "I'm watching you" gestures she and Korra did at each other :D
- Katara pretty much finding Korra's overexuberence utterly adorable.
- "What happened to Zuko's mom?" DEAD OF LAUGHING, OMG. I can't remember bookish girl's name, but she was adorable. And "I will make you no promises". I WANT TO HUG YOU FOREVER. She's totally going to grow up to be exactly like her father XD
- The metalbending police force! SO UTTERLY COOL.
- I loved the Ferret brothers. Both adorable in their own way. I love Korra having them as friends. And I have no problem with telegraphed ships :P
- Korra fire-smashing out without meaning to when she's angry and frustrated XD Anyone who has ever been in a room with me when I'm really angry is giving me pointed looks right now - Claire and Fran did :P
- I feel the need to point out once again that I really, really love Korra.
- Also, the music is wonderful!
