Neal was clearly having far too much fun as he directed them to their seats. "And if sir would like to step this way," he intoned, standing in such a position that Peter's movement was actually impossible.
"I would love to," Peter said, through slightly gritted teeth.
"Play nice, hon," El whispered in his ear. She was wearing a black wisp of a dress and looked completely in her element.
Neal finally stepped out of the way enough for Peter to actually get past him into the box. He trod on Neal's foot on the way in - just rewards for how much Neal played up getting to be more important than Peter when undercover.
Neal's smile didn't waver. "It's our delight to give you our special treatment tonight," he said ( ... )
