I constantly complain about this place because it SUCKS. Seriously. I have my phone time scheduled for today and there is a queue of more than 40 tickets when my time comes up. They didn't switch me over at 10:30 so I went and asked a sup about it and I got switched anyway. This is fucking ridiculous. And now our nametags say MSN/Yahoo/VOSC but do we get any sort of recognition for having all this extra responsibility? Of course not. Stupid fuckers.

I hate this company. Hate hate hate. (note I said company and not job ;)
