HOLY SHIT I'M PISSED OFF NOW. Well not pissed off but terrified for a moment.
The phone rings, I pick it up because I'm not expecting it to be anyone else I owe money to and it's the fucking national student loan center. I asked them if it was the CIBC one because I talked to them yesterday but they said no. So then he tells me that there was a system error and my payments didn't come out for July. Then I give him my sob story and then HE FUCKING REALIZES that I had already called in on July 26 to make arrangements (I completely forgot). GODDAMMIT CHECK YOUR FUCKING SYSTEMS BEFORE YOU CALL AND SCARE THE LIVING SHIT OUT OF SOMEONE YOU ASSWIPES.
Sorry. I'm a little jumpy right now. I thought I had everything taken care of that I needed to deal with and so that was just really annoying. It was like when I went on sick leave last year and I got a call from our OSC department at work saying "Why aren't you at work?" and I was like "Um, I'm on a sick leave" and they were like "Oh well we don't have documentation of that" and I'm like "CHECK WITH HR MOTHERFUCKERS". Well I didn't say the motherfuckers part but I wanted to. I had some paperwork that had to go in which my mom took in for me and basically ripped a new one into the HR person (well ripped a new one into the OSC person TO the HR person) saying "WTF!!! Why did this happen?? We were assured that everything would be taken care of" It turns out the jackass in OSC didn't do his fucking job because they did have the documentation.
Stupid fucking people.
