i've exhausted yet another topic i've exhausted frequently, with no regrets
i'm slowly sinking to the bottom
of the deep end of the pool
i open my eyes wide and stare up at the blurred sky
images distorted and the drowning noise of water all around me
makes everything so much more serene
the clouds looked like an atomic bomb
overhead my roof top today.
it flooded me with thoughts of you;
you and your dreams
exploding brilliantly across the sky,
leaving you in a billow of smoke...
leading to self-suffocation
im lying underneath the surface
it shines brighter than your eyes ever did
you're choking on unexpected things
you're flailing like a fish out of water
i'm calmer than ever
