So, today will be day 4 of P90X classic and I will be doing the Yoga X. This is no joke, it's very intense. I am incredibly sore from the previous workouts. While I'm actually doing the workout, I am pretty miserable because I am struggling. Once I get through the whole hour, I feel pretty great and accomplished. I have some good feelings about this so long as I stick with it! I like how it's a structured plan. One of the problems I have while working out at the gym is staying on track and remembering to do EVERYTHING. I know to accomplish those goals I really need to go in there with a plan and maybe a little notebook to write things down. I just have never been able to sit down and write myself a plan. P90X has given me ideas as to how to write my own plan post P90X. I know David is enjoying himself and feels more confident. I can't wait to do my 30 Day pic comparison!
