So I spent the time period between around 3:30 AM Sunday morning until around 11:00 PM Monday evening with a quite nasty migraine. Finally, by the grace of God, it broke. Today, I have no trace of the headache and, in addition, feel incredible simply due to the absence of the previous pain. This makes me wonder: is the secret to enjoying life a daily or weekly bout of staggering pain or misery so that the simple day-to-day drudge is, by contrast, transcendent? Man, I hope not, but in the bright glare of I ain't hurting it certainly does sound possible.
