I think we should stake out around the creamery and assinate anyone headed for it looking for a job, that way employment shall be insured!

well im not so sure about assasinate. perhaps there's an alternative. perhaps we could just pretend to be the owners and say we're not looking for anyone else. And then we can write them tickets for riding their bicycle on the sidewalk.
