So tis my last night, Thank heavens it has been a long week and I am really glad to be on the last one. Yesterday was bedlam today as yet strated off that way and I have admitted one patient who I will be slated for in the morning but my hands are tired. In the middle of the night is she claims she can't weight bear, lives alone and is in a lot of pain I have no choice. Wish the consultants would see it that way.
Feeling a bit blue just now due to things that occasionally happen in hospital compounded by me being tied. Tis ok though. Off till after christmas..yay!

Anyway I'm ramblingf again so will probably disappear.
