I have a nifty little thing on my computer that lets me raise and lower the key of any sound produced by my computer (meaning, the songs I listen to) without having to slow them down or speed them up. It's got a limit of course, but it means that I can listen to my sound file of Edith Piaf singing 'Non, je ne Regrette Rien' in almost-chipmunk (she's a low-range female singer, it was never going to be total chipmunk), or I can listen to it like it's being sung by a high-tenor, possibly alto male. And that's awesome. (it does this to just about every female singer, turns them into a young male singer and I love it just as much as I love putting the male voices up so that they sound like female singers, some go more easily than others of course but you can't win 'em all...)
Unfortunately, I can't do anything about modifying the sound-file so that I can share this smooth male voice singing 'Non, je ne Regrette Rien', but I wish that I could. More than that, I wish that I could do a medley of different voices singing this song (mostly male) and do an Avengers music video. I think it's just perfect for... pretty much all of the characters, really.
You listen to
this song, consider the lyrics, and try to tell me you can't fit at least part of it to each of the major characters in that movie.
Oh, and I have my first exam tomorrow. My second last exam before I am finished with uni. Yay!
