yeah so not much has been going on lately. hmm that was a bad way to start. remember when english teachers were trying to get us ready for fcat or "florida writes" (from back in the day) and they'd be like "always have a catchy opening sentence to catch the reader's interest." oh well i guess i get a one for this entry. but i guess if you're interested in me enough to read about the mundane details of my life in this makeshift confessional you really don't give a hoot about catchy opening sentences.

exams are so awesome. i know i've aced every single one. after all, i've been to every class, done all my homework, and studied in advance for every test. this is a breeze. i feel sorry for the kids who skipped classes, and procrastinated about studying and doing their work. i bet they're really feeling the heat.

**freeze frame, voiceover**

this has been a flash forward to my life next semester. until that time, i am the latter person and i suck at college life.

anyway, 3 exams down, one to go tomorrow at 3:30 (psychology) which i have yet to study for. i've been busy working on my 3000 word aok paper and i'm halfway done and i'm pretty proud of myself. it's not due till thursday at 10 am but i got a head start because i was hoping to go home tomorrow after my last exam. doesn't look like that's happening anyway though, so i guess my efforts were in vain. i feel bad because i really wanna go to maggie's bday party but i can't. :-( sorry magz.

finally registered today and it turns out i'm not too screwed in the butt. no class on friday and one class on monday and wednesday. tuesday and thursday are gonna be doozies, but i figure if all the classes are only like 15 minutes apart the momentum will build and keep me going throughout the day. here's the schedule:

composition II mon/wed 3:30-4:45
mass media communications tues/thurs 8-9:15 (yes in the morning and i WILL make myself go, you naysayers)
arts and humanities tues/thurs 9:30-10:45
anthropology tues/thurs 11-12:50
religion in popular culture tues/thurs 3:30-4:45

i am one lucky biotch tonight. i tried to register for the religion class earlier and it was full and i was disappointed. i kept checking back, though and finally someone had dropped it and i snagged a spot. hells yeah! then i went to the frappuccino machine and not only was it fully stocked with delicious vanilla fraps but the vending guy had accidently made one row of the vanilla fraps $1.25 instead of $2.00. i was thoroughly excited and bought two because they were "on sale". i would have bought more but i had no more change. so yeah i really need to study now.
