TIME FOR A CHANGE
After almost two years of campaigning, it was clear that America had voted wisely for the nation's 44th President. It was a long battle between two huge figures in the world today - white Republican ex-POW Sen. John McCain and African-America Democratic representative Barack Obama. Both have different platforms raging from the issues on the Iraq war, renewable energies and the current global economic crisis that America was also facing, but indeed, after all the hardships, Obama prevailed. "The nation had spoken clearly", quoted by McCain himself following his defeat to the first Black President of the US - in a landslide race.
America truly listened to the world - and now the historic presidential election has come to an end. Beside Obama, Sen. Joseph Biden of Delaware will take oath on the 20th of January 2009 to take over the world's premiere country.God only knows what will happen next. But surely, the world is confident enough that a good man, a pro-life, will try to alleviate the economy that had affected not America itself but its other allies as well.
Long Live Obama!
