Well today was day 4 of my fast. It went ok I guess. I drank water, one cup of coffee, and a snapple apple which is like 240 cals. UGH. I hate that. I need to find Diet Snapple.
Im a little bit disappointed in myself. Lately ive been too tired and weak to exercise. But I really need to because I just have like fat hanging off me. Its disgusting.
Ive been taking a one a day weight smart pill and two shape works snack busters or whatever the hell theyre called. Does anyone have any other suggestions as far as diet pills and appetite suppresants go? I only had one response to my last entry regarding it. Id appreciate any advice you can give me. Thanks!
So far I think Ive lost about 4 or 5 lbs which is awesome! Its mostly water weight probably, but I dont care! Its a big motivator for me. I cant wait to see what I look like on July 24th! I have my period right now too, so that could be slowing me down a little which sucks!
My parents are going to be away from July 3rd to the 8th and then again from the 9th to the end of the month, thank god! I shouldnt have any problem not eating in July. As soon as they leave, Im going into the kitchen and either throwing away or putting stuff in boxes and putting it in the basement until they get home. I dont want anything tempting me every time Im near or in the kitchen (I have to leave the house through the kitchen and my bathroom is right there too)
My parents asked me what kind of food I want in the house while theyre gone. I said nothing, I eat at work anyway. Id rather have them just give me the $200! But nooo. They have to buy stuff for my asshole stepbrother. UGH. So his shit will have to stay in the kitchen, but its ok because I dont really like anything he eats anyway.
Well I think Ive rambled on for long enough. Im gonna go and try to do crunches and pushups. Wish me luck!
