..was a pretty good day. I continued my fast. This would have been day five, but since I binged on Wednesday, I'm just considering it day three. But go me. I think my scale is broken though. Because it's saying I lost like 10 pounds since Monday. That can't be right can it? I mean can someone really lose weight that quickly? It doesn't really feel like I've lost that much.
I've decided I need to start exercising more because i've only been doing crunches. I'm going to make a little table and stuff so I know what I did already that day and what I have left to
do.
Ate: nothing
Drank:
Water - 80ozs/80ozs
Run: 10mins/30mins
Swim:
10 laps/10 laps
100 of this push things.. hard to explain/100
Crunches:
supposed to do 100 on each side and 100 reg
only did 50 on each side and 100 reg
right side: 50/100
left side: 50/100
reg: 100/100
weights:
supposed to do 5 sets of 20 each
did NONE! damnit..
Took vitamin
