Turns into, "fuck that I'm going home and having a peanut butter & jelly sandwhich"
Tonight I started off with buying brussel sprouts (see what you've done

which has now turned into me looking up all manner of vegetarian recipies knowing full well I'm going to be too damned tired to cook any of these in the near future.
And I know I just mentioned chicken and vegetarian in the same breath, I'm just looking at easy/healthy things.
Our stove is a joke so I stay away from cooking anything (like meat) that will kill me if it's not cooked long enough.
My diet is ridiculous, and haven't eaten veggies on the regular since I was probably 3.
With the sick season upon us I'm taking my vitamins and hoping that if I eat some greens I'll better combat the inevitable.
