i must warn you i go to sleep
well, the last couple of weeks have been super busy, so i haven't really had time to update.
this week has been pretty shitty and stressful, but tomorrow is friday so i really don't care. i hope to have a good weekend to make up for my week of CRAP. i plan on drinking some beer, visit with midge and hang out with her for mother's day. she coming to kalamazoo. this is seriously only the fourth time she's visited me in the four years i've lived in kalamazoo. bizarre. and we are actually pretty close.
next weekend is the blessing of the bikes up in baldwin and i think mace's parents are making me work at the lodge. see, i don't know how i feel about this. typically every year at blessing, i sit my happy ass out on the front picnic with a very large beverage in my hand and people watch while mason runs around the bar working. he's usually bartending which works perfectly to my advantage. occassicaly i go for a ride with dean (his dad) on his harley. it's a good time. last year liz came. she's coming this year too. oh yes, there will be drinking.
ANYWAY, they want me to be the keno lady for blessing. like walk around the bar and ask people if they want to play keno and run their tickets for them. my first reaction was, "are there tips involved?" then i thought about me walking around a bar servicing bikers. bikers who are and have been drinking. this could be bad because a. i am one clumsy mother fucker. and b. i have never done any sort of waitressing in my either life. the closest i've come to it was working at pac sun. on the other hand, it could be a great time and i could make some monies on the side. who knows.
star's bridal shower was last weekend. the night before was a riot. good times in grand rapids. i still can't believe she is getting married. wow. i finally bought my bridesmaid dress. it's sexy.
and that's all i got. i'm about to go eat some food with two fine ladies. and by fine ladies i mean jessie and megan.
