How quickly the week passes...
The week has really flown by and I have no idea what I've done with my time. Well I lie... I recently had internet installed in my apartment and I've been watching movies on Netflix and anime on Crunchyroll. I finally got to see Kuroko No Basuke which I had been watching when it first started being released but hadn't had the time to finish it. I really hope there's a second season for this I definitely am not a sports fan but sports anime is always entertaining to watch. I think the next anime I'm going to tackle is going to be Chihayafuru which is considered to be a sports anime but seems more shojo-like than anything else. I also need to see what else catches my attention.... I tend to be picky. Oh I completely forgot that there was a second season for Moyashimon.... that's it I know what I'll be watching next.
Aside from that I have really been contemplating expanding my music collection.... I've been listening to same stuff for WAY to long and it's a damn shame. (NOTE: Let it out by Kennedy) Finding new music to listen to can be so time consuming and I have little space on my ipod nano. But I'm going to be making the effort to search for new heavenly sounds. I recently heard Daft Punk's new album and I'm in LOVE!. It was completely unexpected though but it has pleasantly blown me away. I've also been wanting to delve more into rock since I've deviated from it in the last few years for more groovy sounding bands. I have to admit though any kind of music that pays homage to 70's and 80's dance music has been nesting its way into my heart. It's just music that makes me feel good. On the other spectrum I've been loving music with harmonies and little instrumentation.
So my mind has been slightly consumed by these thoughts... I really do need to make an effort to sit down and type whenever my mind has the desire to do it. I've had compulsions this week to write but either LJ was down or I wasn't comfortable typing at my living room table but I seem to have found my spot for typing.
