New Disability Minister, Same as the Old Disability Minister

Here in Britain, our Prime Minister reshuffled his Cabinet of Ministers yesterday. Like many people, I thought our Minister for Disabled People had been removed but not replaced. That sounds familiar, doesn't it? There are people who'd like us crips to be removed and not replaced.

But in fact, we now know that Mark Harper has taken over as Minister for Disabled People. David G at the blog I've just quoted, 'Where's the Benefit?' isn't impressed.
